More Illegal
We need a word for a law that is passed to make something "more illegal". We do it all the time. It is illegal to drive drunk, and it is illegal to speed. It is illegal to kidnap children and murder. But whenever these things happen, we suddenly have this massive public compulsion to pass a new law. Sometimes we name it after the person who died. Then we pose for pictures and run for re-election.
